LOCAL PICK-UP
If you chose LOCAL PICK-UP in TIFFIN, you will receive an e-mail once your items are available to pick up. Please check your junk mail for notifications! Orders (unless an item is a preorder) will be available within one business day, if not same day.

I see an item that has PREORDER in front of the title. What does that mean?
* If you see an item that shows "PREORDER" in the title, this means that the item isn't quite in our physical store yet.
* In the description of the product, we do our best to show you the estimated time of arrival.
* If you place an order for a PREORDER item, this means you've secured the piece when it arrives. We will ship or process for local pick-up as soon as it arrives.
Do you offer a layaway program?
* We don't have a layaway program, persay! But we do offer AFTERPAY and SEZZLE which are payment plan options!
* These will break up the payment for you over the course of a few weeks.
* In order to use this option, just click AFTERPAY or SEZZLE when you checkout!
I don't see an option for LOCAL PICK-UP, how do I go about changing that!
We will always offer free local pick-up as an alternative to ship your order. Once you receive your pickup notification in your e-mail (it may go to your junk mail), you can come at anytime during our store hours.
1. If you have an invoice that was sent to you (or you're using our app), simply click the INFORMATION TAB at the top of the invoice or cart and select LOCAL PICK-UP
2. If you're using our website, be sure to click LOCAL PICK-UP as the delivery method during checkout!
