Shipping is $8 or FREE SHIPPING on orders of $100+

Orders will be shipped using USPS, UPS or FedEX unless otherwise noted.  Please allow up to 3 business days for your items to ship.  An email will be sent with tracking information once your goodies are on their way to you.  Please also check your JUNK mail for our emails. 


LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Neither Kesler and Co (nor Chelsea Lonsway) is responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once your tracking notification has been sent and the package has been picked up from our store, all issues with shipping fall on the carrier. The carrier will generally determine if your order can be left in a safe/secure place at your delivery address. If you believe your package may have been lost or stolen, please contact your local USPS to resolve the problem, or visit this web address for more ways to fix this issue: https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm

We have added STOREHOUSE FLATS to our ever-growing boutique.  This is a phenomenal yet exclusive ballet flat made to fit all sizes - including wide feet.  These are a PREORDER shoe that will take roughly 8 weeks to manufacture.  Each month new prints are released and only available to order from the 1st to the 6th.  Once received, they are immediately shipped [within 24 hours]. Payment is due in full when the order is placed.


If you need to exchange sizes, please contact ASAP.  We only have 14 days to process a request or we must wait until the following month.  
If you chose LOCAL PICK-UP in TIFFIN, you will receive an e-mail once your items are available to pick up.

Since our inventory is ever changing, we may not have your item available in another size.  We will offer you a store credit as defined in the RETURNS section.

All sales are final and returns are not accepted. We offer exchanges if your desired size is still in stock; otherwise, we will issue you store credit.

All items must be returned to us in the condition they were received. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed and odor free. Shoes must be returned with their original shoebox. Please pack the shoebox inside another box as the original shoebox must be returned undamaged. 

NOTE : All sale items are FINAL.  Absolutely no returns/exchanges on intimates, beauty, food, jewelry or hats for hygienic reasons. 

We reserve the right to refuse a return if the above mentioned conditions are not met.

If this process is not followed, your return may not be processed.



Upon receiving your package, please check that it is free of damages! 

If it is, please email a picture of the damage to contact@keslerandco.com

In the subject line of your email, please type "DAMAGED.”

After the damage is reviewed, we will email you a prepaid return label and information regarding store credit. Once you've received the label, please send back the damaged item within 7 days. 

After the item has been worn, Kesler and Co Boutique is not liable for any damage that occurs.
